About this review
Enhancement Pipeline — Stage Review

Justin mapped a proposed 18-stage Enhancement Pipeline modeled on the Landscape Construction pipeline — compressed for enhancement-scale work. Each stage card shows a description, internal and external stakeholders, key HubSpot fields, any form required, documents involved, and calendar appointments. Before any stages are built or existing deal data is touched, Krista and Aaron need to confirm the flow matches how enhancement work actually runs.

For each stage: mark Keep if correct as written. Modify if something needs to change — add a note. Delete if the stage shouldn't exist.

How to use
Step 01
Review the stage flow
Open Pipeline Stages. Each card shows who's involved, what's documented, what meetings happen, and what triggers entry and exit. Flag anything that doesn't match your actual enhancement process.
Step 02
Mark Keep / Modify / Delete
Keep = correct as-is. Modify = right idea, something needs to change — add a note. Delete = stage shouldn't exist. A note field appears the moment you make a selection.
Step 03
Confirm the two decisions
Open the Open Decisions tab and mark your choice on closeout form scope and stage replacement strategy. Both must be confirmed before Justin touches HubSpot.
Phase 1 · Stages 1–6
Sales
First touch through verbal commitment. Owner: Sales (Aaron / Garrett). Compressed from LC — no bid board or estimate committee gates.
Phase 2 · Stages 7–9
Operations
Contract execution through job setup and crew assignment. Owner: Admin / Ops handoff.
Phase 3 · Stages 10–16
Admin & Delivery
Active job through invoicing and payment collection. Owner: Ops / Admin. Stages 14–15 depend on the form decisions in the Forms tab.
Terminal Stages · 17–18
Terminal Stages
HubSpot requires at least one Won and one Lost terminal stage. These cannot be deleted — only renamed or modified.
Forms Required
Forms Required
Two forms need to be confirmed or built before pipeline automations can fire. Keep = reuse what exists. Modify = changes needed. Delete = skip the form for this pipeline.
Open Decisions
Open Decisions
Both must be confirmed before Justin executes any HubSpot API stage work. Keep = Option A. Modify = Option B. Use the note field for conditions.
